We were very pleased to host our valuable participants from Germany in İstanbul between 04–08 May 2026
The training course “DigiBridge+: Strengthening Social Inclusion and Entrepreneurial Skills of Migrant Adults through Digital Education” organized by Prism Academy within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project, was successfully completed.
During the training, interactive workshops, practical activities, and intercultural exchanges were carried out on:

🔹 Trauma awareness and inclusive education
🔹 Social inclusion of migrant adults
🔹 The use of digital tools in education
🔹 Social entrepreneurship and employability skills
Together with participants from different countries, we continue learning, creating, and building a more inclusive future.
We were delighted to host our participants from France in İstanbul.
The Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project “Bridges of Understanding / Calm & Connect.” It was an unforgettable experience combining meaningful learning with cultural exploration. During this 6-day programme:
• Non-Violent Communication (NVC)
• Psychological Resilience
• Empathy, active listening & conflict management
• Stress management & emotional awareness.

We have successfully completed the course and training for the Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project titled Green Arrow’s Zero Waste Goal (2024-1-IT02-KA122-ADU-000197950) at Prism Academy.
The training programme aimed to encourage zero waste living beyond simple waste reduction among communities, to create a movement that promotes creative participation in protecting our planet while educating communities on comprehensive sustainability practices, to discover practical strategies, understand environmental challenges, and find actionable solutions that every community member can implement in their daily lives.

School Education
For professionals in early childhood, primary, and secondary education, Erasmus+ offers opportunities to join training programmes abroad. Such activities can involve attending courses, participating in trainings, or engaging in job shadowing at appropriate organisations.
Adult Education
Through Erasmus+, adult education staff can improve their skills by joining international training opportunities. These may consist of courses, professional development training, or job shadowing in partner institutions abroad.
Job Shadowing
Job shadowing provides an effective opportunity to gain insight into a specific career. Although each experience may vary, it generally involves accompanying an employee and watching them carry out their daily responsibilities. In some cases, you may also be asked to assist with certain tasks.
Vocational Education
Erasmus+ offers opportunities for training placements in adult education institutions abroad. These may include participation in courses, structured training, or job shadowing at suitable organisations.
